Challenges

Combine your adventure with charity fundraising

Have you been dreaming of taking on a ‘Bucket List’ style challenge, but not sure how to go about it?  Or maybe you would like to combine a love of travel with some charity fundraising and do some good at the same time!  Either way, we would love to hear from you!

We can do all the research on your challenge of interest, and we can liaise with the challenge company on your behalf to make sure that everything is covered for you.

One of the challenge companies we regularly use is Discover Adventure, they will organise the travel arrangements, accommodation, flights, a tour leader, medics and so on.  The charity will help you with fundraising advice and support and we will happily contact the challenge company on your behalf should you need any questions or queries answered.

If you find a challenge with a different company, that is also fine.  Please just get in touch to discuss this further clare@rtcw.org or call 01202 514515.

In the meantime, please see the remaining challenge that still has places available.

Cornish Coastal Challenge, UK – 3 Day Challenge

Dates: 29-31 May 2020

This beautiful weekend trek follows the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall. The landscapes are spectacular, with rugged cliffs, hidden
coves and old fishing villages forming a beautiful backdrop to the blue sea.

Starting west of Padstow, you will walk for 24 hilly miles to St Agnes – a challenging distance considering the terrain. You will pass the well-known beach stacks of Bedruthan Steps, as well as old reminders of Cornwall’s mining heritage, while Poldark fans will recognise some key filming locations, such as Holywell Bay, with the much-filmed Gull Rocks off-shore.
