Wish Process

If you would like to refer a child/young person please do not hesitate to contact the charity by one of the following ways: 

  • Complete the online Wish Referral Form
     
  • Telephone the Wish Team for an informal and confidential discussion on 01202 514515
     
  • Write to us at:

Parents/Guardians must be informed if their child is to be nominated for a Wish, as we will need to make contact with them before we can send out an application pack.
