Santa Stomp - Bournemouth Promenade - 6th December 2009

We had our Santa Stomp down on the promenade, with lots of people all dressed as santa's running from Bournemouth to Boscombe pier and back again to raise money for the charity through sponsorship monies.  All in all, a fantastic day!

Heels to Help Heal - The Oceanarium, Bournemouth - 18th November 2009

We had a very successful evening down at the Oceanarium.  Lot's of new and "once worn" shoes were sold to raise money for the charity as well as having a celebrity signed shoe auction with Portsmouth footballer Hermann Hreidarsson as our auctioneer.

We raised just under £7,000. 

Great South Run - Portsmouth, Southsea - 25th October 2009

A great day down at Southsea - we had around 50 people running on our behalf.  The weather was sunny and it was a great atmosphere to be involved in an event which involved 21,000 people all running to raise money for a variety of different causes. 

Great Manchester Run - 17th May 2009

Another incredibly supportive team of runners turned out in the rain for this year's Great Manchester Run

We were lucky to end the day in The Grapes Pub who became our official meeting place for the charity team to all chat, rest their aching bones and talk about what else we could all do to support the charity throughout the year.

It was the biggest and the best team yet and a huge thank you from everyone here.  Hope to see you in 2010!

Judge Jules plays in Bournemouth - 21 April 2009

The famous Radio 1 DJ, Judge Jules, entertained around 500 students in Bournemouth and was a tremendous hit. The event was organised together with Bournemouth University students as part of project for their course. Judge Jules donated his time for free. Over £3,000 was raised for our charity.

London Marathon 2009 - 26th April 2009

A fantastic event with a record number of runners running for our charity – 48 in total.
Thank you to everyone who put in so much time and dedication to take part, and to everyone who supported our wonderful team. We are well on our way to raising nearly £100,000 from the event. See you in 2010!

London 10k City Run

A great team of runners joined us for our first London 10k City Run. It was a perfect day to see the city sights and raise money for us on Sunday 12 July 2009.
