We are sharing the story of Daisy and her family so you can see just how important our handcrafted wishes are and to show you the huge impact that your gift will have.
Daisy, aged 10, is from Chester and has Cystic Fibrosis. Her wish was to visit Legoland Windsor with her parents and little brother Adam. Daisy’s mum, Krystyna, had the following to say:
“Daisy had a wonderful time and really enjoyed all the rides, her favourite was the Pirate falls ride, and even though we got soaking wet we went on that ride many times.
“We are so grateful to Roundtable Childrens Wish for providing this amazing experience for our whole family. Daisy’s wish helped us to “recharge” and helped us to keep supporting and carrying each other through the highs and lows of our lives. The opportunity to spend some quality time with one another, a break away from routines and the demand of everyday life is a much-needed tonic and gives us the strength and composure required to refuel and carry on caring for one another.”
